About the hubs:L/Os were an option.The dept. either didn`t want to fork-over for them,or more likely,what for?I don`t think they`d have paid for themselves in 11,000 miles of short runs.If they needed 4wd,they needed it NOW!Lock-outs were to save wear`n`tear,fuel economy,and smoother hiway operation.Not necessary on this truck. I know what you mean...ya freak!With those few miles,it would kill me to add any.(you could cheat and disconnect the speedo)That`s why I like trucks with a Gazillion miles on them,so I can drive`em,fix`em,cuss`em...
