I just replaced mine today and it was no big deal (non-a/c truck). I got a used one from CPNE, and it worked like a champ. I was really nervous about getting a bad used motor and having to swap it again, so I was very happy when the wipers went so fast. Cost me $10 and took a little over an hour.
Make sure the new motor comes with a new seal. It's kind of messy to try to use the old one
