if you just need the plastic turn knob, they are still available from the dealer. i bought several sets a year or so back. they are yellow, the blue ones are almost extinct. i might have a set of good used ones off a 3/4 ton ford, they are red and have ford instead of spicer in the center, if you're interested i'll see if they are in my storage.

i found the red ford knobs and also one set of NOS yellow spicer knobs. $20.00 for the ford knobs and $50.00 for the NOS yellow ones delivered.
