Newbie
Hi All ,
I picked up a mint '72 blazer all original and am looking for info on crate motors and 700r4 swap. As well as Roll Bar and canvas top. The motor is tired and the tranny needs rebuild. The body is absolutlely mint and I will keep all the original parts in storage for you guys that don't like modifing the oldie but goodies!!! thanks much, John |

Go for it. It's your rig.
Soft tops can be bought through SpecialtyTopCo and Bestop. Last I heard, SpecialtyTopCo was going through a reorganization or something and all production was stopped. They may be back up and running by now. I like the looks of the STC tops better. I have a fasttrack on my '72.
