four link kit
i finally have the money to do the four link that i have been wanting for awhile. my question to all is what kits have you used and what are your thoughts on them.
i have been looking around at some of the air ride and suicide doors kits and im in a toss up. any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks steve |

Re: four link kit
I would check with PorterBuilt, he on this site and see if he has anything out yet. He was talking about starting to sell kits and parts. From my dealings with him I would highly recomend him for any suspention needs. I think he is also an AIR RIDE dealer.

Re: four link kit
i have seen his work. i have been watching the thread on his drop crossmember. excellent work. i want to go with a setup like seen on 70 sort/step thread. four link with coil overs as i do not want airbags.
still undecided as to what i want to do in the front. this project was not supposed to start until winter but i came across some $$$ so i want to get a jump on things. thanks steve |

Re: four link kit
I know he is working on a 4 link so as to be able to offer it as kit with his dropmember. I just picked up my dropmember from him last weekend and we were talking about it when i was at his shop. Nathan is great guy to deal with.
P.s. If you are undesided about the dropmember i will be starting my in-stall this weekend and i am planning on posting a how to as i do. |

Re: four link kit
thanks lvscott. i look forward to seeing some pics of your progress. i am not going to be laying frame or really laying anything. i want to go with a coil over suspension set instead of airbags. i do not know if i want to go with the stock front x member with tubular arms or with a porter dropmember. i want to go with a rack as well. i really like the porterbuilt member and have started a "savings" box to possibly go that route.
thanks again steve |

Re: four link kit
I have a triangulated super lift 4 link from Suicide Doors. I dont really hav eany complaints other than it sucks that they do not come with complete mounts for the lower link bars.
