How low can I go?
Is my exhaust limiting my lowering capability? I want to do a 5/7 drop hopefully, but if my exhaust is a problem I'll have to get new exhaust and hold off on the drop.

Re: How low can I go?
It "appears" the passanger side would be in the way. Like midwestcar, cut it off and slip on some turndowns.

Re: How low can I go?
I agree as stated above... plus you will get rid of the bailing wire.

Re: How low can I go?
Go as low as you want, I think it is time for a new exhaust system anyhow.
By the way, is your truck a 80 something stepside? I don't think I have seen a picture of it.

Yes, its a 83 Stepper with a very straight body, newer crate 350, and a lot more to come!
Here are a few pics of it: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=224135 Last edited by Rc 415; 01-26-2007 at 11:53 AM. |
