81 GMC 1 ton dually. What to look for/problem areas?

I'm going to look at this tomorrow.

1981 GMC C3500 ex fire truck w/22k four spd. 350 in good shape 1 1\2 dump cart. good tires, good body, barely used.

What to look for as far as problem areas? Also, fair market value assuming it is a low-mile well maintained ex-municiple fire dept vehicle? FYI, ad does not state but it is a factory 4x4.

hmm check in the cab corners door/roof seam, cab mounts for rust. True low miles can be great but as it is an ex fire truck those are probibly hard earned miles. make sure to inspect the frame and the arears around the dump for stress marks and or cracks.
What wousd be your intended use?
don't know if iwas supposed to reply to this.
