sagging front end on drivers side

I have a question guys. My truck sits lower on the drivers side . So I looked at the front coil on that side and it appears that it is leaned over in the opposite direction than the one on the passenger side. Is it possible for them to shift or should I replace the spring or is the shock blown? The rest of the suspension does not appear to be tweaked even when I drove it. Any suggestions? Do they wear out?

Re: coils

yes and a shock wont do that. check your controll arm bushings and your ball joints. Replace the springs and anything else you need. good time to lower...
