Re: Front suspension rebuild

i'll be doing this same thing in the next months but will be swapping my 1.5" coils for 2" coils to get a 5" drop in the front

Re: Front suspension rebuild

I've had the coils and leafs for a while. I even have a C-notch kit too. I've been collecting parts for a while. Now that the new engine is almost ready to reinstall, all the parts are going to be installed.

Re: Front suspension rebuild

There is a good how-to, written by swervin, on 73-87.com. I did it a little differently, but it was very helpful.

Re: Front suspension rebuild

I bought a front end bushing kit from pst. Took them to a shop. had them blasted and powdercoated, then I had a machine shop remove the old bushings and reinstall the new ones for about $100.

edit, add about $20 for doing the balljoints also.
