They go together without much trouble. If you use stock manifolds you will have less issues. Headers get interesting. I actually mounted the motor, and loosely bolted the headers to mark the frame and two little spots were tight, dropped the header, ground it down and put it back together. I didn't want to cut the whole top rail so I opted for the less invasive approach.
