It would be a "relatively easy" swap , all the parts would be commonly available - some other guys might chime in on crossmember location and re-locating the engine mounts if needed---- the stock I-6 radiator might not be adequate for a v8 though.

But - in defense of the 6 -- (and this is my opinion only- some might disagree) these engines are red hot when they are detailed and fitted with some Clifford headers, Offy intake, small 4 bbl (or twin 2 bbl's---- or - this would be cool - swap the 350's TBI system onto the 6 with a standalone wiring harness from SLP) and a little bit of chrome or brushed aluminum.

You might have a little bit more power with a stock v-8, but they are boring belly button engines(everybody has one)

I think a hot rodded 6 and an OD would be a perfect package ---
