Trans Plug
Where can I get one of the trans plugs that are put in the tail end to plug it from leaking when it is pulled out of the truck? I need one for a 3 speed manual I am removing and a turbo 400 that I am installing in it's place. I have seen them at the Charlotte Auto Fair but, didn't buy one darn it.

Re: Trans Plug
I made my own out some scrap pipe smashed one end closed with a 2lb hammer welded it to seal it.... worked great. also had a friend order a tranny and it came with a plastic cap that he saved. check a place that rebuilds trannys they may have those around.
