Needing a C-notch for 85 GMC
What company would you guys recommend for a bolt in c-notch for my 85 GMC? I was looking in my LMC and noticed they had one for $129. What kind of quality could I expect from that one? I'm sure that there are some better deals out there, I'm just having a hard time finding them. Thanks doods.

I agree 100%. They have more material to them in critical areas vs. the other manufacturers.

Re: Needing a C-notch for 85 GMC
If you're looking for a smaller bolt-on style notch, like the Western Chassis one, then we can get it for you. We're a dealer for their product line and offer those notches, spindles, coils, etc.
If you are looking for a bolt-on notch that offer a heavier drop then we also offer our own bolt-on step notch kit for the 73-87 C10 trucks. Let me know if you're intersted in images or prices.

Half way down the page. The "c-section only" is $89.95 I have never ordered from them so I can't comment on service.

Re: Needing a C-notch for 85 GMC
Thanks for all the replies guys. I ended up just going with a Mcgaughy's C-notch out of LMC. That and my drop shocks arrived this afternoon so I'm hoping to get everything put on this weekend .

Re: Needing a C-notch for 85 GMC
I know where it is. I just moved back to Nashville from Crossville about 4 months ago. Still have a house (and half a parts truck) up there.
