dash question

What would be en voled to putting a 1960 dash in a 1966 truck

The entire dash is actually welded into the truck, you have to cut it off with the windshield out if I remember correctly.

And, the 60 has the wrap-around windsheild, the 66 has the semi-straight, so the dashes are even shaped completely different.

Do you mean just the gauge panel? Or the entire dash?

Do the 60's even have a dash panel? or are the gauges in metal? hmmmmmm

I just cut a ac dash out of a 72 blazer and it was pretty easy.I want to put a 66 on a 79 4x4 frame but I really like the early 60 dash,just thought someone might have tried it already.
