Update on the update
Well I spent 3 hrs today trying to install the S/S trim around my front windsheild. Never could get it to stay in the rubber.
My daughter called one of her friends and once he got there we had it in a couple of minutes. He knew his stuff on it, said he worked for a installer for a couple of years. Put the gasket around the window and then put the bottom trim peices on first. Then installed the top and it took a little feneseing to get it to clip over the lip but once done it stayed in place. Well we went to install it on the truck and couldn't because he had to strip the driver's side back down. Said it started bleeding through after he started buffing it. Oh well maybe tomorrow!

It sucks not being able to hear! LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB! After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |
