Re: Orange Crush Build Thread

Looks real good Jason! Glad it is coming together. Man, don't feel bad about pm'ing any of us, we are all happy to help even if it turns out you didn't need help after all.

I've done some bonehead moves myself, one of my favorite recent ones was when I was taking off my hard top the last time, I used two 2x4. I put the front 2x4 right behind the front seats. Course when i started lifting the top I found that 2x4 was going through my rollbar's down legs. Obviously top couldn't come off without dropping the top back down and moving the 2x4.

Funny, I was just drawing up a hoist setup when I read this. The plan included 2 2x4s. I've got a full cage too...

Back to the drawing board. lol

Wow! Lookin' mighty fine, Jason, especially those new meats! Seriously, wicked good job. Don't sweat the gnarly stuff. It's character-building!

After much struggling and cursing we finally got her put together... At least the front is right (thanks to me) Now you just gotta return the favor and get my old monster on the road again. keep your eyes peeled for what we talked about.
