it would of took me only an hour or two but since i had the seats out i decided i would change out that old carpet. so i went to sids carpet barn to dumpster dive for a 5'x61/2' piece of carpet. http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r316/lazquilon/DSCI0004.jpg

Re: Mystery gas tank noise

You have a lot of extra in there. Here is how you can post them:
paste your url in your reply, which in this case is
http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...DSCI0005-1.jpg
then type [.i.m.g.] immediately before it (without the periods)
and then [./.i.m.g.] immediately after it (again without the periods)

I hope that helps! I am not great at explaining things.

Re: Mystery gas tank noise

I spent so long typing that you already figured it out!
Nice truck, it looks pretty solid.

Apparently someone punched it out at one time and let if fall into the tank.
Same thing happend to me. But mine had just about all of the gas cap. It was clogging the pickup and causing realy wierd problems.

I recently rebuilt an old 3 wheeler that we had when i was a kid. I found some GI Joes in that tank. So thats where my borther was hiding my stuff......... LOL
