Do the new 2000-2003 16 inch 8 lug aluminum wheels have the correct spacing for my 85 Suburban?

I think so. A roommate of mine has a 2002 HD truck that had those aluminum wheels. He took them off and sold them to a guy who put them on a 98 Suburban. So if the 98 Suburbans have the same bolt pattern they fit. I'm almost certain they do. Just measure from opposite lug nuts on the sub and the wheel. The 98 looks really sharp with the wheels. And they practically weigh nothing too. They are lighter than my mine 15X8 aluminum wheel.
