Wow! That's some messed up seat. I would get rid of that sucker and see if you can locate something nicer in a junkyard. Maybe out of a mid 80's truck or so.

That back rest is new to me... I don't believe I've ever seen any of the old trucks with the coiled springs in the back. All the ones I ever seen have the wires with the foam pad. The bottom looks like the early style with the thin foam. But it looks different then mine...
