Rear end Swap

Hey guys! Heres what im doing with this 85 C10 im going to swap out my stock rear end, for a Ford 9 inch rear end heres some questions I have about this that I need to know, does anyone have a link or know of a company where I can get the rear disc brake conversion for this rear end? Whats the best way to run my brake setup with a P/V or without on the front brakes or should I run a P/V on both front and rears? Also will my drive shaft from the other rear end fit this Ford 9inch into my TH400 Trans and Vise versa?

Any help would be great at this point, I decided to go with the Ford 9inch to obviously go with a deeper wheel like a 10inch rear 22x10.

Re: Rear end Swap

Check out Moser Engineering or Currie Enterprises for 9 inch stuff. I like the rear disc kits offered by www.ecihotrodbrakes.com. They have a chart that shows the different Ford axle flange sizes so you choose the correct kit. The driveshaft will probably have to be changed. I would check with the brake companies on which master cylinder and purportioning valve to run. You can always install an adjustable one in the rear brake line to help fine tune them.
