Window Help
I'm taking out a window from a beat up rusted up door because the glass is good and I'm wanting to replace it with the one on my truck. I'm having a hard time getting the good glass out. Do I need to buy a special screwdriver to take out those weird looking bolts? I think it may be called a torx. Is that the way to do it?
Thanks in advance, Joe |

Re: Window Help
My '63 didn't have any special bolts, but no telling how many time they had been out before I got the truck.

Re: Window Help
what year door? 60, and 61 had clutch head screws, which do take a special driver.
If you are careful the right sizr flatblade will get them, bur watch that you don't strip them if the threads are super rusty. |

Re: Window Help
Right on Jon, it is a cluth head. I think there were different sizes however. I'll try using the flat screwdriver.
Thanks, Joe |
