i am running the 73 up water pump, accessories, & hoses. That lets me run the straight neck on the radiator that the 73 up truck run. You will find that the fan will sit a couple inches closer to the radiator(mine is in I 6 position on the stands), so i have no problem.....still need a little spacer to get the fan in the shroud. I think you can fit the later pump in factory V8 position, but may need to trim the shroud a bit to get that 1/2 in 1/2 out fit. Good luck, crazyL
