1959 Fleetside Bed Mounting Pads??
My truck had the bed R & R'd before I got it. When I pulled it did not have any thing between the cross braces and frame, I assumed the guy before me tossed or forgot to install any pads or rubber shims.
What did they come with stock? From the supplier catalogs it looks like nothing and the factory assembly manual I have does not show the Fleetside bed. I'm thinking about a 1/2" rubber bed, body and radiator support lift to get some clearance at the tank fill hose and e brake cable over the frame at the cab. Thanks in advance. Patrick

Re: 1959 Fleetside Bed Mounting Pads??
Thanks, that confirms what I suspected. I found some old photos from before I pulled the bed the first time and the cab and bed creases line up so I assume they came without anything too.
