Rear Interior Panels
The rear interior side panels need to be replaced on my 78 Blazer. Anybody know of a source or is this a DIY project. Seems to be the only pieces I can't find.

As far as I know, it's going to be DIY. Also, there is a slight curve to the front of the panel, it's not entirely flat. I believe a flat panel will fit in there just fine, but the original was not completely flat. I started making a set for my 77, but it changed directions so many times they did not get finished.

as far as i know it is a DIY project but its not a hard project only about 3 hours of work

They changed the floor in 78, the 81- up panels should fit.

On the Blazer I had before this one, I had an interior shop put in carpet and make up new rear panels and cover them. They looked great and didn't cost a fortune.

The ones without pleats are $370 + shipping

I would just save your old ones for patterns and have a interior shop resto-mod them to look somewhat original if you really want it to look nice and original.
