Anybody know what this is from???
Found this tail light in the bottoms over in Arkansas.
And wanted to have a little fun trying to figure out the mystery. I know there's someone here that knows what this is off of.

here is a better shot: you can also try http://www.carnut.com/photo/list/flist.html check out the 51 fords and then cross reference some other makes as well. P.S. this is also a fun site to look for pics of 60-66 chev/gmc trucks! |

Well......I'll be dogged...YOU'RE RIGHT.
I never would have guessed that. I always thought those had basically flat lens. I gotta hand it to ya. It's dead on !! I'm obviously no Ford man !!

51's were an odd duck... they had the same basic body as the 49 50, so in passing they look the same, but they revamped the dash, front sheet metal and taillights, they were also the first year for the 2 dr hardtop.

I guess I should have described it a little better.
The back of it is curved like it could have been on a bumper. The bottom of it is cracked a little but it has a clear reverse lens. All the red plastic is intact except the little crack above the clear.

Buddy of mine found half of a hood with a very cool chrome peice that is across the whole hood. anybody know what this is off of.
