Blazer Seat belt options
Since we all know that the blazer seat belts are sometimes hard to come by and black ones even more what are some people using as replacements??
I'm horizontally challenged so keep that in mind

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
I'm pretty sure they don't remake the blazer seat belts. Trying to find out other optiond, but doesn't look like anybody uses seat belts here.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
Well, I still have my original seat belts so I've never looked into replacements but I would think you might want to see what is available for like a first gen Camaro or Monte Carlo or something similar. Those sure might be a length and style that would work.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
Mine were missing so I have no choice but to replace with repops. I am looking at the bucket lapbelts from LMC.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
The Blazer belts are the same as the trucks except the passenger side retractor. Be patient and look on ebay and in junkyards and you'll be able to find some.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
Chevelle's used the same seat belt retractor as the blazer passenger side. Like someone already said driver side is the same as the truck. As for the rear there are plenty of G.M. passenger cars from the 60s and 70s that use the same ends, look for back seat belts they are usually longer and will work well for the blazer rear seats.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
The PO of my blazer bought newer truck seat belts for mine, they don't look bad, i'll try to get picks. Only bad thing, is mine are not retractable.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
I'd appreciate the pics. I don't care if they are retractable.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
Heres a few pics of the seatbelts I just put in my Blazer. I think they turned out simple and clean. What I like the best is that the button part has the hard plastic to hold it up by the seat, so you don't have to look for it. On the passenger side I made it so it pivots down flat so you climb in and out easy.I got these from seatbelt solutions in Jupiter FL. for 135.00, with 3 sets of lap belts for the back.

Re: Blazer Seat belt options
Looks like a nice option posted by Balloonknot.
Balloonknot - I don't think I've seen your K5 before. Do you have a post anywhere on here giving more pics and details?
