engine mount question

Hey guys. I have a question concerning engine cradle mounts that bolt to the top of the frame. Are they supposed to be the same on both sides? The passenger cradle mount looks like it's adjusted forward and the driver looks like it's adjusted backwards judging by the amount of oval space in front of and in back of the mounting bolt. The engine seems to be dead even in the truck.

Thanks.
