It does look like a quickie paintjob --- use a magnet to look for rust in the fenders, rear quarters and rocker areas, plus the area just behind the rockers
37's are a bit big for stock axles and gearing, If it passes the magnet test, you would do okay offering 2k - 2500 i think. Drive it a while and whats the worst that could happen? you sell it for 1800 and lose a few bucks? no big deal if its good transpo.
