Dirty Pictures

Hello everyone,

I have been a lurker on here for along time with a few post now and then. I thought I should contribute alittle and show some pics of my truck. it is a 1976 GMC stepside was an I6 three on the tree but now its a SBC with a soon to be swaped sm465. This has been a good old truck as I drive it daily in the winter and work it to death. As soon as my new garage is built this spring the ol' girl will get some much needed attention. These pics are dirty as I drive it everyday and it dosent get washed much this time of year, I will get some clean pics up soon.

Brady

Re: Dirty Pictures

I am wondering about the 465 swap.If your truck has a shifter thru the floorboard it more than likely has got a 465 in it(grandma low gear)my shifter handle shows lo,1,2,3,

I have a 1979 version,465 in it.same tires I think 31 10:50 15

My truck has a 3 speed manual on the column. So I want to swap it to the 4 speed. Also my tires are 33x12.50 on '85 rallies with no lift. (thats another future project).
