New Member, Truck & Hobby
so this is my first classic car errr truck to work on. This truck had quite a bit of "upgrades' the previous owners did. I have had it for several months now and have dove right into this thing. Money & time is the only problem at this point! So far truck has 350/350TH pwr brakes, front disc, power steering, 5-lug conv. With no further ado....

Hows your clearance with those wheels on the back? Those 15x8?

Re: New Member, Truck & Hobby
Thanks for all the welcomes! Truck has needed some work as previous owner took some shortcuts here and there. I already installed a HEI ign. and new edelbrock 600cfm carb and that seamed to really wake up the ol motor. I took the a/c stuff out for now as it wasn't all hooked up. Right now I am having a bench seat redone as the 94 chryler buckets just don't cut it!
Jas, the wheels fit fine, (15x8 I think) let me know if you need any other pics or meas. Last edited by austex66; 02-17-2009 at 01:40 PM. |

Re: New Member, Truck & Hobby
Very cool Stepper. Sounds like the hard stuff is already done. I dig the on Monkey Wards A/C! I think my Dad had one of those units in one of his trucks back in the day. Welcome from Santa Fe, NM...
