73-87 windshield

Just pulled it from my 81 cab. Has the antenna in the windshield. Didn't see any rock chips, has the tinted band at the top of the window.
$75 pick up in Terril Iowa.

Re: 73-87 windshield

Scott, just remove the lock strip on the outside of the gasket, the windshield will then pop right out. With the lock strip removed, the window sits in there pretty loose.

Re: 73-87 windshield

Just like bigblock said, cut off the outside of the gasket and it pretty much fell right out.

The lock strip will peel right out, no need to cut at all. If the gasket is new enough, it can too be reused if this method of removal is followed.
