well i went out and checked that but the gear was good yet. now i didnt loose any oil at all when i did it. and it didnt seem like there was any oil in the governor valve very recently anyway. so would anyone have an idea on what it might be then? check ball in the valve body? throttle valve sticking? im open to suggestions.
