NOT A 67-72 BUT Im young.
Im 18, class of 2010 i just got my 1st truck its a 1988 Suburban 3/4ton..ectect.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My first car was a 73 Chevelle I was restroring but got outta hand in cost. i rebuilt the drivetrain to about 425 horse. did everything in my parents garage ![]() ![]() ![]() -The Suburban is getting a lot of work soon, it has a stock drivetrain 350TBI/TH400 with NP-208 and 14 Bolt with 10 bolt front. the plan is a Dana60 front with crossover steering a dual transfercase kit, LQ9 Motor with head/cam E85 and a magnacharger and a built 4L80E with stall from Monster transmissions. custom bumpers with winches, fogs, air lockers, 91 front clip, snorkle and more. This is my truck (before and after) I built while I was in High School. Just learned what to do while I was building it. Had to work 40 hours a week while still going to school to be able to build it. I ended up putting torque thrust 2's on it and a 502 in it. Sold it for a woman to get married. Now the woman's gone and so is the truck. Went to Mexico. I hope some of you younger kids can learn from my mistake.

Completely restored my 69' while I was in high school and drove a 1972 Sierra Grande 2500 with a 402 to school everyday! Except for winter.

not a 67-72 but i bought her when i was 15 and drove it sophmore year through now (senior)
late sophmore year [IMG] ![]() when i first bought it [IMG] ![]() after vortec build [IMG] ![]() dont have any recent pics but it looks the same except for beefier tires.. and new motor and tranny. some like it, some hate it, but its mine and mommy and daddy didnt buy it so i treat it like gold. i had the oldest truck in school till my buddy bought this 62 [IMG] ![]()
