shakey
my trucks shakes!!! At idle in drive my truck shakes. In park or driving it's ok. I have tried some things and they helped a little. I have increased idle speed, The exhaust was rubbing under the cab, was bent up into a exhuast hanger. I have a 250 with a turbo 350 automatic. the truck was a 3 speed but is converted to auto.
Iam at wits end!!! Iam wondering if it could be the trans vibrating? Is there a certain flex plate to run? I do not know if I have a balanced flex plate or not but what should I be useing? Thanks in advance for you ideas/help. |

Re: shakey
I think you only need an external ballanced F/P on a BB. Maybe if you applied the E Brake and put blocks under the wheels front and back, then slipped it into drive and provided it was safe and not going to take off on it's own you could get out and take a quick look underneath at the D/S & F/P and see if anything looks like it's spinning out of ballance.
