Good shock to beef up rear suspension?

Occasionally I have to carry gravel or heavy loads in the back of my "69 LWB which causes it to really sag. Can anyone tell me a good shock(like with a coil) that might help this situation? Thanks very much for any help.

The role of a shock is to control suspension rebound. It is not intended, or designed to carry load. Your best bet is to address the issue with overload springs or a bags in an "overload" configuration.
