short 4x4 frame in wrecking yard

saw it today while i was out looking for goodies. not positive on the year but it was a 64-66 cab on it. they get approx. $250.00 for a bare frame and i know 60-66 factory 4x4 frames are hard to find. if anyone is seriously interested, send me a p.m. and i'll give you the location---it's in northern ca, s,f, bay area.

Jerry,
I'll take it! Just box it up and send it to Arkansas for me. BTW, an extra set of hooks would be nice as well.LOL

Isin't the wheelbase the same on 60-72 swb trucks? What is the difference in the swb 60-66 and 67-72 shorts? Just curious.
Matthew

Matthew,
the wheelbase is the same but the earlier 4x4 frames are totally different. the frame is taller, front horns are shaped differently and the early trucks had divorced transfer cases.
