Post 63 Panel Truck Sheetmetal

My step son would like to restore his grandfathers 1963 panel truck. it is a half ton two wheel drive. It has a 350 with a 4 speed truck trany in it. my question is does any one know of replacment sheet metal for this truck, it is rusted out along both sides about two inches up and underneath. Second question, will pickup fenders and doors work on this panel truck, it needs complete front end. The drive trane in this truck is in good condition but will be completely rebuilt. any help would be helpfull
