exhuast hangers

heres a stupid question. just finished up making the first part of my 2.5" mandrel bent exhuast. dynamax headers to a pair of ultraflows. right now it ends w/ the mufflers. The exhuast itself has no slop and its firmly located. it seems as though my exhuast hangers are useless right now. i was wondering if they were even necesary untill i get a chance to make some tailpipes. opinions?

ill post pics tommorow once its light out.

If I have you right you have the mufflers just hanging off the headers now.
DO NOT drive it like that.
That is too much weight in the thin tubes of those headers.
You might crack the headers if you hit a healthy bump.
