49 Chevy Mustang II and 4-link project
I am building my buddies truck. He just got it out of the body shop and wanted me to do some suspension work on it. Started off with a TCI mustang II front clip, new column, then did the rear 4-link w/ airbags. Currently installing a t5 trans behind the 235 motor. Still need to make the custom bed cover and wire it all up. Hope you like it so far.
What I started with Started the mustang II install 4-link

Re: 49 Chevy Mustang II and 4-link project
Lookn Great! Are you going to bag the front? Do the rear tires hit the top of the fenders? I built a rear sit up close to yours on my CE and no matter the c notch or bridge I am restriced to tire clerance, due to my tires hitting the top of the finder/body. So the only way I can truly sit the running boards on the ground is to go to a small rear tire, and that sucks. Good Luck looks Like you are on your way to getting your friend a fine ride.
