Pull the drums off and clean & paint them? Not much else to do there....

Re: rear drum brakes??
I recommend you spend some time on the Eastwood site-www.Eastwood.com and check out their selection of paint. If you sand blast the drums and use a coat of their Cast Iron paint they look fresh.
Of course that will require that the front gets the same attention..

Re: rear drum brakes??
^^^I'm with him! They look good if they are all cleaned up and have some good high temp paint on them. The color just depends on the truck and how open the wheels are im humble opinion

Re: rear drum brakes??
I'm not a big fan of them but they do make them or you could make block offs or black outs a thing for lack of a better word, that covers the wheel opening and it being BLACK so you cant see anything past the wheel, I think I have seen some that look like a big crossed drilled disk brake rotor but they tend to look kida cheep cuz there plastic but its not my call. You could do something pretty custom with some 1/8" or 1/16" aluminum that should look pretty bad a$$ make it about a 1/2" smaller then the wheel all the way around the inside of the wheel with your bolt pattern drilled out and the axle or in the front the bearing housing cut out of the center and make it look like a huge cross drilled rotor but make it look brushed like a freshly turned rotor as long as it doesn't look like cheep plastic. And make sure it is centered correctly so when your driving down the road it's not all wobbly. could be cool
