what shocks

my question is what shockers are people using on static drop and bagged trucks ?

If your question is about "Brand of Shock",... alot of people use KYB's, Belltech, or Bilsteins.
As far as application,... a mild bag job using stock upper and lower a-arms, and trailing arms,... you can use the same length shocks as you would use for a 4/6 drop.
It's when you get into tubular a-arms and 3-link or 4 link rear suspensions, that you need to contact the manufacturer of the components for the proper shock.

What did you have in mind for your suspension? Static or bags?

Lolife 99 ..... I've bagged the rear and cut lowered springs on the front so I'm guessing a 6inch drop in the front and the same on the rear .... Ray Rust

Just bags in the rear or lowering blocks too? Shock relocators would be a good investment & you'd be able to run stock length replacement shocks on the rear @ only 6" of drop. KYB GR-2's for a high quality good riding shock.

6" of drop up front w/only cut springs doesn't sound right. How many coils have been cut off the spring?

What about the front? Do you know how much coil was cut off the springs?

Scoti ....I cut a full coil off a set of springs which where reset 3inches ... that's how i got the 6inch drop very hard running 22's no more innner guards ... oh well it looks good IMO .. Ray
