Hi everyone-
I just picked up a '65 shortbed stepside c10 and will be starting the restoration soon. It runs great with the 283/Th350 combo that are in it now but it has some pretty good fluid leaks. The PO already upgraded to power steering. The body is also in pretty good shape but will require some of the typical patch panels. The first upgrades will be a 350/700r4 and the 73-87front suspension swap. But until then the wife and I will just enjoy driving it the way it is. This forum is awesome and I look forward to contributing to and using the info available during my build. Here are a few pictures I took the day I bought it. Derek |
