a) So, is Lee Majors the most popular celebrity to be associated with these trucks. And therefore, possibly, the official/unofficial figurehead? i think there was even an interview where he discussed this truck in particular. i can't find it---you'll have to search for it.
b) i think there was even an episode of charlies angels where farrah drove a shortbed. i'm only mentioning this because, as you may know, they were a couple at one time.
c) My only criticism with the fall guy is, Universal studios, ABC(or whoever made the series) with all their money had several trucks with different front ends---some had quad headlights, some had the 80 single headlights. This is a continuity error. i'm sure alot of people, including myself, picked up on this. This lessens the quality and credibility of the studio and of the show itself.

AGREED on the last part. I saw 4 headlight trucks with a 81 bumper with parking lights in it or with 73-80 front bumper. The lower molding/paint line moved up and down several inches throughout the video. Also in a shot where it is jumping a lake you can see the Hot Wheel 5 spoke rims, definitely a toy!!! I think it even jumps a toy boat. I guess newer shows aren't more REAL than this they just LOOK more REAL
