What year are the regulators from? I'm looking for some 67-71 (short shaft) Are they 20 each shipped, or what for a pair?

I'm also in need of the metal piece at the bottom of the window, the sill I think it's called? Would you have?

The regulators are from a 70 so they are short shaft. They 20.00 shipped ea. so 40.00 for a pr.
I dont have any sills for the windows. i'll send my paypal.
