Is there a difference in center links between 67 and 72 as to the diameter of the hole which is for the tie rods?

Not an expert here rodman, but from what I read....yes they are different.

Yes, 71-72 have a larger taper due to larger tie rod ends. Not 100% sure but 73-87 might be the same but I have never had them side by side.
70 and earlier have smaller holes.
