I little help

High im new to the forum but have seen some real nice trucks on this website

I have a 1982 GMC short bed and I am looking to lowering it to give it a more hot-rod look but I dont want it to feel like crap when im driving

what kit do you guy recommended

im not looking to break the bank on this but I understand you get what you pay for

so overall what kit makes the most scene to purchase

Welcome to the boards. When you get a chance we would love to see pics of your truck.

Stylin' Trucks has a sale going on right now for a DJM 3/5 kit. Seems to be a pretty good deal. Depends on how low you want to go. Most guys are doing flip kits in the rear which gives about a 5"-6" drop. Then up front it's just a matter of how you want it to sit. If you want it level, or rake to it. You could go with 2.5" or 3" spindles, and then cut some of the coils on your springs, or buy lowering springs.
