Wanted
In for a simple satchell link and bags on 20's with ball valves(owner is gonna plumb/wire and also a suicide drivers door.....Its a stepside truck and hes getting a deep and wide 20 so we will also be narrowing the rearend and also rebuilding it with a locker and new gears

Took the shock indentions out of the frame to make it stronger since he'll be drag racing this thing on occassin ill also be doin some extra gusseting on the rails once a few xmembers are removed
Frame Z'd still gotta level engine and build trans xmember

John and John do a suicide door hahahaha
to get the hinges far enough apart to be stable we cut lower cab corner out and will be boxing it in around the hinge once complete pockets started and door swangin....notice the slot between hinges we cut it then inserted a 1/4" plate to tie upper and lower hinge together and also tie into skin back door jamb cut out and formed with 1/4" plate then all of it rough bodyworked suicide do suicide doe not even close to touching cab start of the latch.........using stock one since only one door is getting suicided

boxed the rails with 1/4" plate cut axle housing down 2 1/2 inches per side and got axles from Moser

Finished up this trips fab work 2 weeks ago, Robby took it home to mount bed, wire/plumb, get running then its coming back for a custom dash/console/door panels, sheetmetal work on the rear fenders and front step area to make it look right and a sheetmetal bed interior
Robby sent a pic from home with the bed back on......gonna take some work but i got some ideas to make the stepside bed flow alot better
