1970 C-10 on Ebay
Check the suspension pics out and read the details.
The guy told me the truck has a lowering kit from LMC. I called him out on it and he still claims that he is correct. I see the rear springs have been heated until all the coils are touching with no 'spring' left and it has some lowering blocks. The front springs don't look heated and were probably cut when it was switched to 5-lug. It doesn't have dropped spindles. It may belong to someone on here--just pointing out the misleading info. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/untou...item1e5cb63b45 |

Yeah, springs look pretty squashed down, but they're easy to replace. Sounds O.K. at the right price.

Yea, that's what I thought also.....if he's lying about the the springs what else is he lying about?
I don't know if he is outright lying or if he is just saying whatever the previous owner told him when he bought it. I had talked to him on the phone and we had agreed on a price before he listed it on Ebay but i never made the 100 mile drive to look at it. Kinda glad i saw the extra pics on Ebay now. He also says it has 10.5 to 1 compression with 441 heads (76 cc chambers)??? I asked if it had dome-tops and he said they had a small dome but I don't really think he knows for sure. |

I am guessing that he is telling you what he had been told so he is sticking with what he belives to be true. As mentioned it could be a good purchase if the price is right. JMHO

To me... it's in the title, "Untouched" (green paint on the firewall and doors). Not quite what I call untouched but to each their own; I hope he is able to sell it.
