Sold my rims and need to find new ones asap!

Hi, just a question that I would throw out there if anybody had any thoughts...

I'm looking at the following set of tires for my '98 ext cab 2WD:

Rims (Foose Legends): 20x10 rear and 20x8.5 front w/ offset of +48mm, +60mm, tires are 285/30/20 and 245/30/20 Falken FK 452 Tires

I know the tires are from a car, but would the set be adequate for show and some driving for now before I bought more suitable tires?

I also have a big brake kit on my truck now so I'm worried about the tuck of these rims as well.

I'm not really sure if its worth buying these rims and tires second - hand verses just going and spending the money to get exact fits.

Thanks!

I would defiantly check the backspacing before you purchase the wheels to make sure you dont waste your money.. measure twice-buy once
