Re: door panel/power lock removal.

It's been a while, but I believe there is a "hidden" screw behind the arm rest pad and the outer portions of the door panel have plastic clips that you just have to gently tug outwards to pull them out. then pull up and out on the door panel for complete removal. For the power window and lock switches, they have enough harness wire behind the door panel so that you can pull the panel off a few inches and reach behind. There you will find the connectors which you can remove from the back of the switches.
